It was after many years of service, Coach Q realized the importance of investing back into community-based, faith-based and non-profit organizations. Providing consulting services, tangible and financial resources in an effort to strengthen them, their communities and ultimately strengthen his fight for recidivism reduction. Concurrently, he is the proud host of the The Philanthropic Affect Podcast where he has the opportunity to spotlight those agencies and individuals that are truly making a difference in the lives of others, as well as, those that have overcome life challenges and now living a life of success.
